Post Production Engineer

Be the last person to make the story perfect — turn visuals, sound, and emotion into an extraordinary experience for millions of Dramasaku viewers.

Responsibilities

Offline & online editing for various formats (short video, drama, ads, long-form content).
Color grading to deliver a consistent and relevant look & feel.
Sound design, mixing, and audio finishing for optimal audio quality.
Add motion graphics, light visual effects, subtitles, and overlay text as needed.
Prepare output versions matching platform needs (9:16, 16:9, 1:1, etc.).
Run final quality control before content is approved and shipped to client / platform.
Coordinate with Production Engineer, Creative Lead, and Director to ensure output matches the standard.
Build and manage templates, presets, and post-production assets for workflow efficiency.
Stay current with editing, color, and audio trends to maintain premium quality.

No formal education requirement. Preferably minimum S1.
Minimum 1–2 years experience in post-production (editing, color grading, audio).
Proficient with software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition (at least one).
Understands the post-production workflow from offline to final delivery.
Detail-oriented, careful, with a strong sense of timing and storytelling.
Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
Preferably Gen Z (under 30), creative, adaptive to tech, passionate about content & entertainment.
